The purpose of this document is to provide interested parties with information to enable them to prepare and submit a proposal to manage the non-emergency medical
transportation (NEMT) needs of Medicaid and BadgerCare Plus members in the State of Wisconsin. The State of Wisconsin, as represented by the Department of Health Services, Division of Health Care Access and Accountability, intends to use the results of this solicitation to award a contract to one Proposer for the management of non-emergency transportation services on a statewide basis.
