Scope:

From August 5, 2010 forward, this contract is not valid for new purchases or leases.

For leases that expire in August 2010, the Contracted Vendors have agreed to extend the terms of the contract from August 5, 2010, on a month-to-month basis for an additional two months to cover the interim while the bid process transpires.

This extension is ONLY for lease and maintenance costs of expired August leases.

The terms of this contract will continue to cover, through August 3, 2014, lease and maintenance agreements established under this contract.
