Lucent Intuity Conversant IVR hardware and software products, as well as maintenance, installation, training, programming and consulting services for both new and existing systems
The vendor will be required to service and maintain existing Lucent Intuity Conversant IVR systems, including providing the functionality of all specialized software applications and interfaces developed by the current provider over the last several years.
This contract does not exclude the purchase of IVR systems or applications other than Lucent Intuity Conversant IVR products and services, but rather to identify providers of Lucent Intuity Conversant IVR products and services for existing and new systems.
