BSI also offers custom work capabilities, best exemplified by the suites of office furniture built for the State of Wisconsin Capitol Restoration Project. Pricing: All BSI prices on this Contract are List Prices. The discount for this contract is 56% off list price. New pricelists are available by request or can be downloaded from the BSI Web site. Add 5% for Dock Delivery anywhere in Wisconsin. Installation is available for an additional 8% of net price.

Terms: Prompt pay legislation applies. Reference Terms and Conditions in the BSI catalog.

Delivery: 90 days for Triumph products and 60 days for Select products. Call for lead times and availability on custom products.

Important: The intention of Wis. Stats. s. 16.75 (3t) (b) is that Badger State Industries will be offered the opportunity to supply equipment they produce, before agencies may purchase elsewhere. If BSI is not able to supply products within the published time schedule, or unable to fill the order at all, you will be notified and may then obtain elsewhere. BSI will provide you with a "Mandatory Contract Release" number which must be noted on the file copy of any purchase order that you subsequently issue to another source for these same items. Blanket exemptions will not be granted, and you will receive a separate number for each order that you cancel with BSI and reorder from an outside contractor.
