Scope:

This contract is for the purchase of color inkjet printers, monochrome and color laser printers, multifunction printers, and large format printers, supplies including toner and accesories.

This Contract is between the Department of Administration, acting on behalf of the State of Wisconsin ("State"), which includes all State of Wisconsin Agencies ("State Agencies") and the University of Wisconsin System and Campuses ("Universities"), to purchase the above said equipment and supplies.

Providers are able to sell the manufacturer’s complete catalogue of printers for the manufacturers that they were awarded. Below are the order information and price list for each company awarded a contract. It is organized by the manufacturer first, the company second.

This contract does not include photo printers that cannot print documents larger than 4 inches x 6 inches.
