This scope of work for these contracts is provided to help customers decide which contract provides the equipment, maintenance and training that are most appropriate based on the customer’s need. Direct ALL technical questions, inquiries and telecommunication policy matters regarding this contract to Carol Mothershead.

This contract provides for purchase of audio/video equipment plus optional video room integration services with the network vendor being responsible for provisioning and maintaining the service and the BCN network on which the service rides.

Agencies using unmanaged BCN network bandwidth may elect to use this contract or contract 15-84056-701 -- Polycom & Tandberg Compressed Video Conference Equipment.

This contract provides guaranteed contracted costs for state, university system and authorized user instructional institutions and other public entities such as K-12 and technical colleges that purchase network services from the BCN for which the vendor is responsible for provisioning and maintaining the service. This audio and video classroom equipment contract should be used by those entities utilizing the Badgernet Converged Network (BCN) to provide video transport.

State agencies requiring two- way interactive video via the Public Switched Digital Network or the public Internet must purchase equipment from the Compressed Video contract # 15-84056-701 for Polycom & Tandberg Compressed Video Conferencing Equipment, Accessories, Maintenance and Software.

State agencies that have purchased managed WAN or managed WAN HPLL service on the BadgerNet converged network must purchase audio/video equipment with optional integration services from the Distance Learning Audio and Video equipment contract #11-84086-701 because the network vendor is responsible for provisioning and maintaining the service.
