Scope:: This contract provides qualified lists of contractors that cover:

Section A - Written Foreign-Language and Braille Translation Services
**This section replaces contract 1551-DHFS-SM**

Section B - Telephone Conference-Call Foreign-Language Oral Interpretation Services

Section C - In-Person Foreign-Language and American Sign Language Interpretation/Translation Services

This contract is mandatory for Dept. of Children and Families, Dept. of Workforce Development, and Dept. of Health Services. All vendors have agreed to extend the same pricing to any other state or local government agency.

All agencies using this contract are expected to use the most cost effective vendor from the qualified lists that meets their needs. If agencies use services from more than one qualified list, they may elect to choose one vendor, based on cost effectiveness, that appears on the qualified lists for all services they use.

A CBA has been submitted for DCF, DWD, and DHS only. Any other agency using this contract and spending over $25,000 must complete a CBA.

Any state agency spending over $25,000 with a single vendor is responsible to verify that vendor has met their affirmative action requirements. http://vendornet.state.wi.us/vendornet/wocc/wocceli1.xls

State agencies, other than DCF, DWD, and DHS, who use this contract must fill out a Piggybacking Data Plan to submit to DOA. A plan with bid data filled in can be found under Attachments. The vendor does not need this form.

This contract has optional renewal periods through October 31, 2015.
