VendorNet Information Center

The VendorNet Information Center is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central Time, to answer questions about VendorNet. Madison area vendors may contact the VendorNet Information Center at 264-7897 or 264-7898, while vendors outside the Madison area may call 1-800-482-7813 or e-mail vendrhlp@doa.state.wi.us for assistance.

VendorNet Maintenance Schedule

VendorNet information is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except when weekly routine maintenance to the system is conducted. Routine maintenance is scheduled Friday mornings 6 - 8 a.m. The system will also occasionally receive maintenance on Saturday mornings.
