* Note: Due to formatting, the track changes
function may be turned on when the document is downloaded and opened in Word (changes to
the document appear in red). To turn off this function, click "Tools/Track
Changes/Highlight Changes" in the toolbar menu. In the "Highlight Changes"
dialog box, deselect "Highlight changes on screen" and "Highlight changes
in printed document." Click "OK."
