System Requirements

For optimum use of VendorNet the following hardware is recommended:

For optimum use of VendorNet the following software is recommended:

1. A cookie-enabled Web browser that supports at least HTML 3.0, such as Netscape's Navigator 2.02 or Microsoft's Internet Explorer 2.0.

   If your browser does not support HTML 3.0, you may download the latest versions of both Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer for FREE.

   You must have cookies enabled on your browser to enter the system.

2. E-mail capability, as VendorNet is designed to notify vendors of bid opportunities by e-mail.

3. Microsoft Word 6.0 and Excel 5.0 or the ability to convert documents to and from Microsoft Word and Excel.

   If you are using a MacIntosh computer, you will be able to access the VendorNet system, search, read and even download documents, but the downloaded documents will be in IBM format.
