NIGP Code Searches
This document details the procedure for looking up NIGP code descriptions.
- Click on the NIGP Codes button in the navigation bar at the bottom of any VendorNet page.
- To search for an NIGP code using a keyword.
- Enter a keyword in the text box and click on search. VendorNet will return a list of 5 digit NIGP codes with their corresponding descriptions.
- To view a list of high-level NIGP codes with corresponding descriptions click on View/Select NIGP Codes.
- Click on a box to view an NIGP code's subcategories. You may select as many boxes as you like.
- Click Display Selections. VendorNet will return a list of the NIGP sub-categories.
(Use your browser's back button to return to the page where an NIGP code was required and enter it accordingly.)
