The Wisconsin Bureau of Procurement administers over 40 statewide contracts for printing and a variety of recycled products, including paper, office supplies, signs, refuse containers, can liners, traffic cones, and retread tires. Most of these contracts offer recycled products exclusively, while others offer a choice of both recycled and non-recycled products. Some of these contracts are available to municipalities through the Cooperative Purchasing Service.
